We are seeking a detail-oriented AML Quality Control (QC) Analyst to join our QC team in Operations Department. The successful candidate will perform quality reviews across key AML processes, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
About the Bank:

Duties
1.Perform testing of core processes and track the quality of reviews conducted by individuals executing, including Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC), Sanctions Screening, Transaction Monitoring etc.
2.Identify gaps, document findings, and engaged with QC leader to discuss discrepancies and provide clear recommendations for process improvements.
3.Assist QC team leader in preparing periodic QC reports summarizing trends, observations and recommendations of the QC reviews for management.
4.Assist in the development of and adherence to QC best practices, standard and processes. and support regulatory examinations.
5.Collaborate closely with Compliance, Operations, and Front Office teams to ensure consistent application of Branch’s AML SOP and regulatory standards.
6.Raise the awareness of related teams or departments by providing training sessions.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above;
2.3+ years of work experience in comparable financial institutions, of which 1–3 years specifically focused on AML, compliance, financial crime risk management, or internal audit within banking or financial services;
3.In-depth knowledge of UAE AML laws, DIFC AML rulebook, TFS and other regulations related to AML/CTF/PF/SANCTION;
4.Certifications (Preferred): CAMS, ICA, or similar AML/financial crime certifications.
5.Systems & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with AML screening/transaction monitoring systems is an advantage.

2.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills with keen attention to detail.
3.Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings effectively.
